About the Role
Responsibilities
• Maintain commercial landscapes through mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and seasonal cleanups.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscape materials as needed.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with landscape enhancements and property improvements.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications
• Previous landscape maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
